Prior to Homecoming week Sublette BOCES was able to provide a Middle School Spirit Class. The girls made an incredible banner to support the Pinedale Wranglers and show their school spirit!
We are closing in on the end of summer and that means Sublette BOCES will be offering youth classes for our K-5 students, filling the 4-5 pm time slot Monday-Thursday. Registrations will be done through the BOCES website only at www.subletteboces.com.
The BOCES building is currently being renovated. Due to these renovations, all of our youth classes Monday-Wednesday will be held at the Pinedale Aquatic Center until our classrooms are completed. Classes will be offered by the following categories:
Tuesday classes will consist of the ever popular You Choose Tuesday offering. Again, registration for these classes will be through the BOCES website NOT 4-H. You Choose Tuesday Classes will change monthly, and registration will need to be completed each month.
Thursdays throughout the year we will be holding our classes at the Sublette County Library. The activity bus will drop students off there from the elementary school and parents should plan on picking-up their students at the library as well on Thursdays.
While classes are being held at the PAC, youth class participants will need to meet all of the PAC’s requirements by having each parent sign a Youth Permission Waiver and read the PAC Area Rules. Drop off and pick up will be at PAC until notice is given that classes will be back at the BOCES building. All questions should be directed to Kaidi Raney at 307-367-6873 or firstname.lastname@example.org .
BOCES will also need parents to fill out forms for Emergency Pick Up and Field Trips (when directed), as well as read the BOCES Youth Class Handbook. All forms and the handbook are available at the BOCES building 665 N Tyler in Pinedale.
Thank you for giving Sublette BOCES the opportunity to work with your children!

In the past we have helped supplement the 4-H program with great success. 4-H will no longer be able to offer this program after the 14-15 school year. The classes BOCES will offer will be similar in nature. Information will be sent home from school but for now take a look at the changes we’ve got planned:

Can you believe it’s already mid-April?
We have some new classes starting in the next couple of weeks that are worth checking out!
On April 20th we have our Morning Pottery class for those of you who have some daytime hours. Our Stained Glass Beginners class starts the next evening on the 21st. Both are wonderful skills to have. You’ll leave with amazing art for your home that’s one-of-a-kind.
The next week starts Tasting Nutrition on Tuesday the 28th. This is one of those classes you’ll be glad you took. Jordan McCoy from the Teton County UW Extension office will be teaching this one night only class on cooking (and tasting) more nutritiously.
Our Willow Furniture class is that same night but, sadly, it’s been full for months. It’s one of our most popular classes and you’ve got to be quick to get in.
The BOCES News page is your best bet for comprehensive information on new happenings here year round, so keep checking back.
