Driver’s Education through Sublette BOCES administers the “in car” portion (6 hours) of the driver’s education program as provides link to online learning portal (additional $24.95 fee).
Benefits of taking this class may result in lower automobile insurance premiums and the ability to obtain full driving privileges at the age of sixteen and a half rather than at seventeen. Successfully completing this class may waive the driving test at the Department of Motor Vehicles. Most importantly, the education and practice of good driving skills keep our students safe.
Currently, Sublette BOCES offers this online course year round to meet the demands of our future young drivers. After the student completes the online portion of the class and obtains their learner’s permit from WyDOT. They bring those certificates into BOCES and an instructor will set up the 6 hours of drive time. Drive times are scheduled in June, July, August, October, November and December. Oldest students will be given first drive times.
Please check our classes page to register.
